The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide. We’re improving our delivery process to make your package even safer!

Order Processing and Shipping Times
All our orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out within 5-9 business days.

After the order is shipped out you should receive an email notification and be able to track your order once it has been received by the local carrier.

Note:
1) Shipping time does not include the 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra chart), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
3) If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
4) Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at info@carbo.com and include your new shipping address. However, once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
